7 Troop, 22 SAS - UKSF Realism Unit - Standard Operating Procedures (Unit Wide)
Detailed below are the unit wide Standard Operating Procedures. All unit members are subject to the rules as described below.
I. General Conduct
By joining 7 Troop, 22 SAS – UKSF Realism Unit at the rank of Candidate (Cnd) or above, a potential member is agreeing to the following statements:
1.1 I am a part of 7 Troop, 22 SAS – UKSF Realism Unit, a group of people from diverse backgrounds and
cultures. I will show respect to all members.
1.2 To facilitate the administrative activities and operational leadership of 7 Troop, 22 SAS – UKSF Realism Unit, I will respect and uphold the chains of command.
1.3 As a Member, I will make a conscious effort to read these SOPs overtime and apply them.
1.4 As a Member, I will continually strive to demonstrate good gamesmanship and integrity.
1.5 If a conflict should arise between members, I will step back, inform a member of 7 Troop, 22 SAS – UKSF Realism Unit command staff and abstain from retaliation.
1.6 If I believe a member has done something wrong, I will talk it out and correct it in private. The saying “Praise in Public and, Bollock in Private” applies here.
1.7 As a member of 7 Troop, 22 SAS – UKSF Realism Unit, there is one team with one goal.
1.8 Healthy discussion is welcome; however, we expect you to avoid hostile discussion or debate of the following topics:
– Race & culture
– Religion or belief(s)
– Politics (including geopolitics and gender politics)
If in doubt, don’t say it and remember to respect everyone.
